Vintage Early Plastic Black (Celluloid?) Cowboy Boot-Shaped Pin Brooch

We know about Nancy Sinatra’s boots, but what were these boots made for? Too cute pin features a pair of black cowboy boots, ready to head to the Wild Wild West. I’m not sure what material the pin is made of. It appears to be an early plastic, perhaps celluloid. It’s pretty thin, very light, and the back has a sort of rough, bubbled texture. Whatever it’s made of, this pin is packing serious heat. A fab pin for any outlaw.
Good vintage condition. Pinback shows some light rust but is fully-functional. A little color loss around the toes. No major condition issues.
