This is a Beals School Cook Book with recipes contributed by parents, teachers, and friends of the school in Omaha, Nebraska.  It is from 1962.  Printed by Automatic Printing in Omaha.  147 pages that show tanning due to age.  It is a good old-fashioned typed cookbook that measures 7.5x10.5".  No pictures of food, but there are cute illustrations inside.  The spiral edge is intact and it is a heavy metal spiral.  Minor wear on the cover.
No writing inside, no ripped or missing pages, no dog-eared corners.
There are some great recipes inside and I wrote down a few I would like to try.
